We are here whenever

you are ready

Everyone's story is different. Whatever has brought you here, I'll meet you where you are—with openness, empathy, curiosity, and without judgement.

Therapy is about having a space where you can be yourself, feel truly heard, and explore what matters most to you. We'll work at a pace that feels right for you, creating opportunities to heal, grow, and move forward with greater confidence.

Andrea works from a person-centred and humanistic framework, informed by her psychoanalytic background, recognising that each person's experiences, strengths, and needs are unique.
